Man in ‘joker mask’ seen ‘smashing through gardens’ after two men killed in Ilford shooting

A person in a ‘joker masks’ was seen within the space of an Ilford capturing which killed two males and left one other critically injured.

Police have since made an announcement following the capturing. Inspector David Holgate stated: “We perceive that the group would fairly rightly be shocked by this horrific incident and we share of their considerations.
