Disposal of stake in Patch Gardens Restricted
Octopus Titan VCT plc (‘the Firm’) is happy to announce that Area On-line Restricted (Area) has acquired Patch Gardens Restricted (buying and selling as Patch). Patch is a highly-curated ecommerce website aimed toward city dwellers, enabling them to find acceptable vegetation for his or her area, buy, after which assist take care of the vegetation throughout their lifetime.
Titan first invested in Patch in 2018 and took part in two additional rounds of funding. Cumulatively, Titan invested £4.4m within the enterprise. Though the total particulars of the transaction will not be being disclosed, the transaction will lead to Titan receiving fairness in Area.
